This blog is dedicated to the large group of people who need to and are trying to lose weight. I am included in the group.

My name is Herschel Lawhorn. I am 78 years young and have been married to my wonderful wife Grace for 41 years. We did live in Byron Georgia, but have recently moved back to the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains of North Carolina. We now live in Cherokee NC and am enjoying everyday in the good ole USA. I am about 50 pounds over weight and have tried unsuccessfully to lose several times in the past. I hope with information coming into this blog to learn some ways that will work.

I have been in the Internet Marketing business for about five years. Before that I had tried about everything to make money on the Internet. None of them worked very well. I had tried MLM, autosurfing, HIYP programs and just about everything else. Now I have settled on Affiliate Marketing, which this WordPress blog is one of my marketing blogs. I also am a WordPress instructor and help people get their blogs up and running. We have a very active membership group that meets every Tuesday for two live conferences where we discuss any and everything related to WordPress and Internet marketing.
